Owner
Can view, access, and edit all Organization depositions Â

Billing and analytics (Future Capability) Â
Manager
Can view, access, and edit all Organization depositions Â
Can invite, edit, or deactivate account memberships to Organization Â
Can schedule depositions Â
Coordinator
Can view, access, and edit Organization depositions Â
Cannot invite, edit, or remove account memberships to Organization Â
Can view or edit any linked case
Can schedule depositions Â
Member
Can only view, access, and edit Organization depositions they are assigned as Host RoleÂ
Their primary purpose is to be assigned as the Host for Organization depositions
Cannot invite, edit, or deactivate account memberships to Organization Â
Cannot schedule depositions Â
Access to depositions and assets will disappear when an individual is removed as a Manager, Coordinator, or Member.
