Organization Structure Explained

This article explains each role of the Organization Structure. Once you have signed on with our virtual deposition platform, your firm will be given an organization. In the Owner role, you can invite others to join your organization and assign those individuals specific roles.

Quick Take: Before you can create a deposition on the virtual platform, you must be assigned a role within the organization and then you must accept the invite from the “My Organizations” tab to join.

How to Use the Organizations Feature

  1. All of your organizations are listed in the “My Organizations” tab located on the Dashboard

  2. You can access your organization by clicking “View Details”

  3. This will show you a list of the members of your organization and their current assigned Roles (See below for more on Roles)

    1. When you add a new member if they have a pre-existing account they will automatically be added to your organization

    2. If the new member does not have an account they will show as unconfirmed and will receive an email invite to create an account on the platform

    3. Once the new member has created their account they will show as confirmed on the Organization Page

  4. Once a member is added you will have the ability to edit individual roles.

Only the Owner and Manager have the ability to invite and change individuals roles within an Organization
