Downloading an Exhibit

The platform allows you to download all shared exhibits both during an active deposition and after a deposition has ended.

Quick Take: Exhibits can only be downloaded by attendees once the scheduler has made this feature available to you. Please reach out to your scheduling agency for access.

Instructions

 

Downloading an Exhibit During the Deposition

  1. Exhibits will be available to download during the deposition to those who have been granted access while an exhibit is being shared.

     

Downloading an Exhibit Post-Deposition

  1. Navigate to the platform’s Dashboard tab

  2. Select the “Review” button to the right of the Deposition

     

  3. Click anywhere on the desired Exhibits row on the review page to preview the exhibit

     

  4. Click the “Blue & White Download” button next to the exhibit information to download the file

     

 

  1. To download all exhibits select the “Download All” button under the Exhibits tab, to download individual exhibits click the “Download” button on the right of the screen.

  1. If a exhibit has a corrupt file icon it will not appear in the zip file with the rest of the exhibits. The file can still be downloaded separately.
