How to Create an Account

This article will explain how to create your account the first time you use the virtual deposition platform.

Quick Take: You can navigate directly to the platform’s website to create and confirm your account.


Instructions

Directly on the Site:

  1. Navigate to the virtual deposition platform’s login page and click “SIGN UP” located at the top right of the Form

  2. Proceed by filling in the required fields on the Account Creation Form:

    1. Accept the Terms and Conditions by checking “Yes, I agree to the Terms of Use.

       

  3. ”Click the orange “Sign up” button located at the bottom of the page

    1. Once the account is created you will receive the following message:

  4. Navigate to your email inbox and locate the email titled “Confirmation Instructions”

    1. Click the link contained within the email that says “Confirm Email”

      1. If the email link opens to a blank/error page:

        1. Right-click on the link

        2. Select “Copy Address” or “Copy Hyperlink”

        3. Paste the link into the Edge or Chrome browser to finish your account creation

           

  5. Once your account is confirmed, you’ll be directed back to the Login page

  6. Log into your account and you can now join a Deposition


 

From a provided Shared Link:

  1. Click on the link to open it in the Edge or Chrome browsers (copy and paste the link into the browser if it opened into an unsupported browser)

  2. You will be brought to the Sign-In page and must click “Sign Up” at the top right of the Sign-Up box

    1. Proceed by filling in the required fields on the Account Creation Form

    2. Accept the terms and conditions by checking “Yes, I agree to the Terms of Use.”

       

  3. Click the orange “Sign up” button located at the bottom of the form to create your account and generate an Email Confirmation

     

    1. Proceed to your email to click the confirm button contained within it. Check your Spam/Junk folder if it's not in your inbox.

  4. Your account is confirmed and you can now sign in and join a Deposition


With an Email Invitation:

  1. Locate the deposition invitation in your email inbox

    1. Be sure to check your Spam Folder if you do not have an invitation in your inbox

  2. There will be a link within the email to “Join Deposition”

     

    1. By clicking the link, you will be directed to the Create Your Account page

    2. Proceed by filling in the required fields on the Account Creation Form

      1. Accept the terms and conditions by checking “Yes, I agree to the Terms of Use.”

    3. Click the orange “Sign up” button located at the bottom of the form to create your account

    4. This will log you into the system directly to the Dashboard, where you can find a list of your depositions

  3. If the email link opens to a blank or error page:

    1. Right-click on the link

    2. Select “Copy Address” or “Copy Hyperlink”

    3. Paste the link into the Chrome browser to finish your account creation

When receiving a deposition invitation email, a calendar link is provided that allows you to add the scheduled deposition to your Outlook or Google calendar.

If the deposition is not found in your Dashboard, you should reach out to the scheduling party to have them add you to the deposition.


With a Guest Account

  1. When a Host Sends a shared link, attendees are able to join as a Guest user

     

  2. Enter your full name, and agree to the terms of use

    1. Exhibit sharing and other features are only available with an account

       

    2. Click ‘Continue As Guest’ where you will be directed to the deposition
