User Gets Kicked Out When An Exhibit is Introduced

Problem

When an exhibit is introduced, the user gets kicked out of the deposition.

Quick Take: This occurs when Mozilla Firefox is used for a web browser. See Supported Browsers & Devices

Solution

  1. Confirm Firefox is being used as the browser

  2. Close Firefox and use Google Chrome or the new Microsoft Edge to join the Deposition.
