Specific Browsers must be used to ensure the virtual deposition platform functions properly on each Operating System.

Quick Take: Google Chrome and the latest version of Microsoft Edge are recommended as they are fully supported by the virtual deposition platform.

The old version of Microsoft Edge cannot be used when accessing the platform. It will cause echo and feedback issues.

Supported Browsers:

  • Mac / PC

    • Use Google Chrome or the latest version of Microsoft Edge, and Safari 17.0 and later

    • The virtual platform is not supported on Internet Explorer, Firefox or other browsers

      • To identify whether you are utilizing the latest version of Microsoft Edge, please refer to the images below. The old Microsoft Edge icon (left) vs. the newest Microsoft Edge icon (right):

  • Mobile Devices:

    • Android Devices

      • Phones and Tablets are fully supported when utilizing the Google Chrome browser

    • iOS Devices

      • iPhones and iPads are fully supported using the aforementioned supported browsers
