I Did Not Receive an Email Invitation to a Deposition

Problem

This article will explain what to do when you did not receive an email invitation to join a scheduled deposition.

Quick Take: You can log directly into your virtual deposition platform account to access all of your depositions from the Dashboard.

If your default browser is not Google Chrome the link may fail to load from your email invite. If this occurs, right-click the link within the email to copy and paste it into the Google Chrome browser. For more information please see Supported Browsers & Devices


Solution

Already have an account:

  1. Navigate and log into your account

  2. Once logged in, your depositions should be listed in the Dashboard, which will allow you to proceed with joining the room

    1. To reset your password, select “I forgot my password” located on the login page

    2. You will then receive an email with step to reset your password

    3. Once your password is reset, log in to find your deposition listed within the Dashboard for you to join


New to the virtual deposition platform:

  1. Navigate to your platform’s login page and click “SIGNUP” located directly below the orange “Login” button

  2. This will open the Create Your Account page. Proceed by filling in the required fields on the account creation form

    1. Accept the terms and conditions by checking “Yes, I agree to the Terms of Use.”

  3. Click the orange “Sign up” button located at the bottom of the form to create your account

  4. Proceed to your email inbox and locate the email titled “Confirmation Instructions”. Click the link contained within the email that says “Confirm Email”

5. This will direct you to the virtual deposition platform login page where you can now log in and see the deposition listed in your Dashboard

If your deposition is not in your Dashboard you must reach out to the scheduling party to be invited. Please provide them with the email address you used to create your virtual deposition platform’s account.
