macOS Video Feed Does Not Display

Solution

1. If only your video feed refuses to display, it is likely a camera settings error

2. Launch the FaceTime app on your computer to ensure that the webcam is functioning

   1. If the camera does not display in FaceTime, it will not display in the virtual deposition platform

3. To change the camera being used by your browser follow the links below:

   1. Google Chrome's Camera & Microphone Settings

   2. Microsoft Edge's Camera & Microphone Settings

4. After making changes to the camera settings refresh the browser
