The platform allows you to download all shared exhibits both during an active deposition and after a deposition has ended.
Quick Take: Exhibits can only be downloaded by attendees once the scheduler has made this feature available to you. Please reach out to your scheduling agency for access.
Instructions
After the scheduling agency has granted you access to download exhibits, you can download any exhibit shared in the deposition.
Downloading an Exhibit During the Deposition
After logging into the platform and joining your deposition, shared exhibits will be introduced in the “Live Exhibit” Tab
Within this tab, click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the exhibit toolbar
Select the “Download” option from the drop-down menu
Downloading an Exhibit Post-Deposition
Navigate to the platform’s Dashboard tab
Select the “Review” button to the right of the Deposition

Click the “Exhibits” tab on the right-hand side of the Review Page
Click the 'blue & white arrow' button next to each exhibit to download the file
