Problem

When an exhibit is introduced, the user gets kicked out of the deposition.

Solution

This occurs when Mozilla Firefox is used for a web browser.

  1. Confirm Firefox is being used as the browser

  2. Close Firefox and use Google Chrome or the new Microsoft Edge to join the Deposition.

Microsoft Edge for PC and MAC can be downloaded from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge
