Solution

  1. Make sure that your speakers are not on mute.

  2. If you are using a desktop, ensure that speakers are set up turned on the computer and that your computer is able to access the speakersand the volume turned up if it has a physical knob.

  3. Test that the speakers are working by playing a Youtube Video with the sound turned on.

  4. Check the “Output Device” in the Windows and Mac Settings. The following articles will assist:
