As the reporter, you have the ability to create, schedule, invite parties to the deposition, and pre-upload exhibits before you enter the deposition
You can begin and end the deposition
As the reporter, you participate with both audio and video
Reporters can start and stop the recording of the depositions
Controls the start, stop, and breaks for the depositions
As the Reporter, you also have the ability to “Connect to Conference”, which allows dial in users access to the deposition How-to Connect the Dial In Feature for a Deposition
You can privately view and introduce exhibits to the record
You have the ability to annotate any introduced exhibits
You will display as the largest video for the witness’ view
to all other attendees the Witness is displayed in the largest window
Reporters have the option to download the deposition video(s) as well as all introduced exhibits
a. Click on the exhibit name you wish to preview
b. If you wish to download an exhibit select the exhibit’s blue button as shown above
