Problem
This article will explain what to do when you did not receive an email invitation to join a scheduled matter.
Quick Take: You can log directly into your vTestify account to access all your depositions from the Dashboard.
If your default browser is not Google Chrome the link may fail to load from your email invite. If this occurs, right click on the link within the email to copy and paste it into the Google Chrome browser. For more information please see Supported Browsers
Solution
If you already have a vTesitfy account setup:
Navigate to your vTestify login page and log in to your account
Once logged in, your deposition should be listed in the Dashboard, which will allow you to proceed with joining the room
If you have forgotten your password, select the “I forgot my password” link located on the login page to reset your password via email
Once your password is reset, log in to find your deposition listed within the Dashboard for you to join
If you do not already have a vTestify account setup:
Navigate to your vTestify login page and click “SIGNUP” located directly below the orange “Log In” button
This directs you to the Create Your Account page. Proceed by filling in the required fields on the account creation form
Accept the terms and conditions by checking “Yes, I agree to the Terms of Use.”
Click the orange “Sign up” button located at the bottom of the form to create your account
Proceed to your email inbox and locate the email titled “Confirmation Instructions”. Click the link contained within the email that says “Confirm Email”
5. You should now be at the vTestify login page and your account is confirmed. Log in to find your deposition listed on the Dashboard
If your deposition is not in your Dashboard you must reach out to the scheduling party to be invited. Please provide them with the email address you used to create your vTestify account. vTestify cannot manually invite or add users to a deposition.
