Instructions

  1. As the Reporter role, you have access to create, schedule, invite attendees to a deposition, and pre-upload exhibits before you enter the Deposition Room

  2. Once entering the Deposition Room, the Reporter Role can:

    1. Begin and end the deposition

    2. Participate with both audio and video

      1. The video pane of the Reporter will appear as the largest video for the Witness’ view

        1. For all other attendees, including the Reporter, the Witness is displayed as the largest video

    3. Controls the start and stop of the recording during depositions

    4. Select “Connect to Conference”, which provides Dial-In users access to the deposition: How to Connect the Dial-In Feature for a Deposition

    5. Privately view and introduce exhibits to the record

    6. Annotate any introduced exhibits

  3. Once the Deposition has ended, the Reporter Role has access to the post-deposition assets, where the Reporter can:

    1. Download deposition video(s)

      1. Click on the video clip to preview

      2. Right click and select “Save Video As” to download

    2. View the attendees that were invited

    3. Download introduced exhibits

      1. Click on the exhibit name you wish to preview

      2. Select the blue arrow button associated with that exhibit to download
