Problem

When trying to enter a deposition on an iOS device you get a blank white screen.

Quick Take: The Google Chrome browser on iOS devices (iPhone/iPad) is not currently supported. Please see Supported Browsers & Devices

Solution

The Google Chrome browser on iOS devices is not supported.

  1. Log into the virtual deposition platform on your device

    1. Supported devices include:

      1. PC or Laptop

        1. Windows or macOS

      2. Android Tablet

  2. The device needs to have access to a camera and microphone

    1. This may vary depending on your role

  3. iPhone and iPads are not yet supported on the virtual deposition platform
