Problem

Quick Take: Ensure that you are not using Internet Explorer when accessing the virtual deposition platform and remove the “www.” in front of the website URL to ensure the page loads properly.

Solution

  1. If “www.” is placed before the URL of the virtual deposition platform, the page may not display properly

    1. It may look like the browser is loading the page; however, after a few minutes an error page will appear:

       

  2. Remove the “www.” and type in the website starting with ”https://“ to avoid this error

    1. For example: https://reporter.vtestify.com

  3. Using Internet Explorer may result in the virtual deposition platform displaying incorrectly
