Microsoft Word

Windows:

  1. Open the file you wish to convert on you computer and select “File” in the top left corner

  2. Click “Save As”

  3. Once the new window opens, select the drop down menu labeled “Save As Type”

  4. Select “PDF” from the list of available options then click “Save”

macOS:

  1. Open the file you wish to convert on you computer and select “File” then “Save As”

  2. Once the new window opens, select the drop down menu labeled “File Format”

  3. Select “PDF” from the list of available options then click “Save”


Microsoft Excel

Windows:

  1. Open the file you wish to convert on you computer and select “File” in the top left corner

    1. If you have multiple tabs, you will need to save each sheet in the file separately
