Problem

Quick Take: The internet browser may be trying to access an incorrect camera for vTestify

Solution

  1. If only your video feed refuses to display, it is likely a camera settings error

  2. Launch the FaceTime app on your computer to ensure that the webcam is functioning

  3. To change the camera being used by your browser follow the links below:

    1. Google Chrome's Camera & Microphone Settings

    2. Microsoft Edge's Camera & Microphone Settings

  4. After making changes to the camera settings refresh the browser

  5. If problem has not been resolved, check camera settings

    1. FaceTime camera should be the default

      1. Virtual camera web plug-in will not work
