If “www.” is placed before the URL of the virtual deposition platform, the page may not display properly
It may look like the browser is loading the page; however, after a few minutes an error page will appear:
Remove the “www.” and type in the website starting with ”https://“ to avoid this error
For example: https://reporter.vtestify.com
Using Internet Explorer may result in the virtual deposition platform displaying incorrectly
