This article will explain what to do when you did not receive an email invitation to join a scheduled matterdeposition.

If your default browser is not Google Chrome the link may fail to load from your email invite. If this occurs please , right-click on the link in within the email and to copy and paste it into the Google Chrome browser. For more information please see Supported Browsers & Devices

Solution

If you already have a vTesitfy account setup:

Proceed to your vTestify login page and sign in to your account.

Already have an account:

  1. Navigate and log into your account

  2. Once logged in, your depositions should be listed in the dashboard with the ability for Dashboard, which will allow you to join proceed with joining the room.If

    1. To reset your password

    did not allow you to sign in please use the

    1. , select “I forgot my password”

    link from the sign-in page

    1. located on the login page

    2. You will then receive an email with step to reset your password

    via an email link.

    2. Once your password is reset

  1. Proceed to your vTestify

New to the virtual deposition platform:

  1. Navigate to your platform’s login page and click “SIGNUP” next to “Need an account?” at the bottom of the page.Fill located directly below the orange “Login” button

  2. This will open the Create Your Account page. Proceed by filling in the required fields on the account creation page.form

    1. Accept the terms and conditions

    and click “Sign Up”

    1. by checking “Yes, I agree to the Terms of Use.”

  3. Click the orange “Sign up” button located at the bottom of the page.form to create your account

  4. Proceed to your email inbox and locate the email titled “Confirmation Instructions” and click . Click the link contained within the email that says “Confirm Email”You should now be at the sign-in page and your account is confirmed. Sign in to find your deposition listed on the dashboard.

5. This will direct you to the virtual deposition platform login page where you can now log in and see the deposition listed in your Dashboard

Note

If your deposition is not in your dashboard Dashboard you must reach out to the scheduling party to be invited. Please provide them with the email address you used to create your vTestify account. vTestify cannot manually invite or add users to a deposition.
