As the reporterReporter role, you have the ability access to create, schedule, invite parties attendees to the a deposition, and pre-upload exhibits before you enter the depositionDeposition Room
You can begin
Once entering the Deposition Room, the Reporter Role can:
Begin and end the deposition
Participate with both audio and video
The video pane of the Reporter will appear as the largest video for the Witness’ view
For all other attendees, including the Reporter, the Witness is displayed as the largest video
Controls the start , stop, and breaks for the depositions
and stop of the recording during depositions
Select “Connect to Conference”, which
provides Dial-In users access to the deposition: How
Privately view and introduce exhibits to the record
Annotate any introduced exhibits
You will display as the largest video for the witness’ view
to all other attendees the Witness is displayed in the largest window
Reporters have the option to download the deposition video(s) as well as all introduced exhibits

Once the Deposition has ended, the Reporter Role has access to the post-deposition assets, where the Reporter can:
Download deposition video(s)
Click on the video clip to preview
Right click and select “Save Video As” to download
View the attendees that were invited
Download introduced exhibits
Click on the exhibit name you wish to preview

Select the blue arrow button associated with that exhibit to download
