Problem

This article will explain what to do when you did not receive an email invitation to join a scheduled matter.

Solution

If you already have a vTesitfy account setup:

1. Proceed Navigate to your vTestify login page and sign log in to your account.

2. Once signed logged in, your deposition should be listed in the dashboard with the ability for Dashboard, which will allow you to join proceed with joining the room.

   1. If you have forgotten your password

   did not allow you to sign in please use

If you do not already have a vTestify account setup:

1. Proceed Navigate to your vTestify login page and click “SIGNUP” next to “Need an account?” at the bottom of the page.Fill located directly below the orange “Log In” button

2. This directs you to the Create Your Account page. Proceed by filling in the required fields on the account creation page.form

   1. Accept the terms and conditions

   and click “Sign Up”

   1. by checking “Yes, I agree to the Terms of Use.”

3. Click the orange “Sign up” button located at the bottom of the page.form to create your account

4. Proceed to your email inbox and locate the email titled “Confirmation Instructions”. Click the link contained within the email that says “Confirm Email”.

5. You should now be at the sign-in vTestify login page and your account is confirmed. Sign Log in to find your deposition listed on the dashboard. Dashboard
