Solution
Make sure that the your speakers are not mutedon mute.
If you are using a desktop, ensure that speakers are set up on their the computer and that the your computer is able to access the speakers.

Test that the speakers are working by playing a Youtube Video with the sound turned on.
If you still cannot hear the video, you may have a software/hardware issue that we may not be able to solve.
