  1. Email’s open in the wrong browser to a blank page or error.

    1. ”Copy Address” and paste the link into chrome.

  2. Account needs to be confirmed/already exists when they are creating a new account.

    1. Check for old email in inbox and try a password reset.

  3. Didn’t receive an email.

    1. Depo will be in the dashboard, password reset.

  4. Can’t get past the “Allow Camera/Mic” overlay.

    1. Check to see if they have a Webcam/Mic.  Correct Browser?

  5. Firefox users get kicked out when introducing an exhibit.

    1. Switch to Chrome.

  6. Edit attendee button opens up to blank fields.

    1. Re-enter in the users information. (Believe someone is in the room when attendee is being edited)

  7. Deposition not located in the Dashboard.

    1. Wrong email address used by scheduler, look up in OwlHat.  End users need to reach out to be removed and added again, confirm email address.

  8. Can’t be heard by others.  

    1. Wrong Mic in Windows/Mac and Chrome. Check OS settings for the correct input device and the same in Chrome settings, refresh the page.

  9. Spinning Mouse, page won't load.

    1. Network/VPN issues normally, make sure no VPN/Remote Desktop/Citrix or Proxy is being used.  Run a speedtest.  Move to hotspot.

  10. Users type www.reporter.vtestify.com or www.gps.vtestify.com and they get a blank page.

    1. remove the www.

  11. Users cannot login.

    1. Lots of time they get to the sign in form the vtestify.com homepage, this leads to app.vtestify.com instance and not the reporter. or gps.
