Clicking on the “Confirm Email” or “Join Deposition” link inside the welcome email leads to a blank white page.

Quick Take: The vTestify Platform only works with the Google Chrome Browser. Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari are the default browser for Windows 10 and macOS and will lead to this issue.

Solution

Copy and paste the link from the email to the Google Chrome browser.

  1. Right-click the link in the email and choose “Copy Address” or “Copy Hyper-Link” from the menu.

  2. Open the Google Chrome browser and right-click in the address bar at the top of the browser window.

  3. Choose “Paste” from the menu and then press enter after the web address is present in the address bar.

  4. The page should now open to the correct point allowing you to reset your password or join your deposition.
