Problem

Quick Take: The internet browser may be trying to access an incorrect camera for vTestify

Solution

  1. If only your video feed refuses to display, it is likely a camera settings error

  2. Launch the FaceTime app on your computer to ensure that the webcam is functioning

    1. If the camera does not display in FaceTime, it will not work in vTestify

  3. To change the camera being used by your browser follow the links below:

    1. Google Chrome's Camera & Microphone Settings

    2. Microsoft Edge's Camera & Microphone Settings

  4. After making changes to the camera settings refresh the browser

  5. If problem has not been resolved, check your devices camera settings using the link below

    2. FaceTime camera should be the default

A virtual camera plug-in will not work in vTestify.
