Problem

When trying to upload a file to the “Exhibit” panel in the vTestify platform, you may get a “File Will Not Upload” error.

Quick Take: Verify the document you are uploading is a PDF, JPG, or PNG file.

Solution

This is most commonly caused by trying to upload a file that is not a PDF, JPG or PNG file.

  1. Check the file you are trying to upload to ensure it is a PDF, JPG, or PNG file.

  2. Upload the new PDF, JPG or PNG file to the Exhibit Panel.

Mac - How to:

  1. File

  2. Save As

  3. File Format

  4. Export PDF

Windows - How to:

  1. File

  2. Save As

  3. Below File Name - Word Document (*.docx) will be the default - click down arrow to the right and select: PDF (*.pdf)

The vTestify platform only supports the uploading of PDF, JPG or PNG files for exhibits.
