Problem

Clicking next on the “Deposition Creation” page generates an error that says “Undefined” above the “Case Name” field when trying to schedule the deposition.

Quick Take: There is a 100 character limit to the Case Name field and a 20 character limit to the “Case #” field.

Solution

To move past this error:

  1. The Case Number must be under 100 characters and Case # must be less than 20 characters.

  2. Rename the “Case Name” to be less than 100 characters and “Case #” to be less than 20 characters.

  3. You should now be able to schedule the deposition.
