Solution
This is most commonly caused by trying to upload a file that is not a PDF document.
Check the file you are trying to upload to ensure it is a PDF file.
If the file is not a PDF use the “Print to PDF” or Save to PDF” function within its native program the file settings to convert the file into a PDF.
Upload the new PDF file to the Exhibit Panel.
