Problem
Case Numbers entered in the scheduling process generates an error that says “Undefined” above the “Case #” field when trying to schedule the deposition.

Solution
To move past this error:
The Case # must be less that 25 characters.
Rename the “Case #” to be less that 25 characters.
You should now be able to schedule the deposition.
