When trying to upload a file to the “Exhibit” panel in the vTestify platform, you may get a “File Will Not Upload” error.

Solution
This is most commonly caused by trying to upload a file that is not a PDF, JPG OR PNG document.
Check the file you are trying to upload to ensure it is a PDF, JPG, OR PNG file.
If the file is not a PDF use the “Print to PDF” or Save to PDF” function within the file settings to convert the file into a PDF.
Upload the new PDF file to the Exhibit Panel.Upload the new PDF, JPG OR PNG file to the Exhibit Panel.
