When trying to upload a file to the “Exhibit” panel in the vTestify platform, you may get a “File Will Not Upload” error.

Using an unsupported browser can also cause issues during the uploading of exhibits. Please see Supported Browsers Quick tip: Verify the document you are uploading is a PDF, JPG, OR PNG file.

Solution

This is most commonly caused by trying to upload a file that is not a PDF, JPG OR PNG document.

  1. Check the file you are trying to upload to ensure it is a PDF, JPG, OR PNG file.

  2. If the file is not a PDF use the “Print to PDF” or Save to PDF” function within the file settings to convert the file into a PDF.

  3. Upload the new PDF file to the Exhibit Panel.Upload the new PDF, JPG OR PNG file to the Exhibit Panel.

  3. Below File Name - Word Document (*.docx) will be the default - click down arrow to the right and select: PDF (*.pdf)
